Laura is in a position to understand her employer’s need. She clearly knows that he (the employer) do not like seeing their employees expressing their emotions hence she has the empathy dimensional of emotion intelligence. Finally, Laura has the ability to give the desirable response as she does to the interviewer (George, 2000).
